The Truth about that Broadcast Message
Till date there's a parody account of pastor E.A Adebayo where he posts a picture showing lots of money and a prayer beneath asking people to type amen.
To my amazement, you have thousands of people typing Amen.
And oh, how can I forget those WhatsApp broadcast messages where you're asked to send to 10 people for you to receive a miracle in 10days and threaten that if you don't something bad will happen to you.
And as expected, people do send them to 10 people or more.
In truth, you don't need to know God a whole lot to realise how ludicrous it is to actually play into these things.
How does one's conscience willfully allow them to ignore all the unfaithfulness they show towards Godly things and permit them to type Amen for countless alerts this week when they don't even have a job???
It's bewildering...
For God doesn't work like that and here's proof
Proverbs 13:4
A sluggards appetite is never filled, but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied.
Proverbs 12:11
Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense.
Proverbs 14:23
All hard work brings a profit , but mere talk leads to only poverty.
Take note of certain things about these scriptures.
It said nothing about being a Christian. It's a blank cheque to everybody. God says if you work HARD, you will be rewarded. It means that God loves a Hard worker. It probably why some evil people prosper, because they do their evil diligently.....
Take note that I capitalized the word HARD.
Good things don't come easy. It's life design.
As it patterns to working out , if you're not in pain or sweating hard enough then you're not doing it right. Lastly, working hard always connotes people mocking or trying to deter you....
As long as you're convinced you're on the right path, work even harder and remember that God rewards the hard worker.
