The Importance Of Flattery
I'm lying next to her, I'm begging for a kiss.
She says no kiss for you today, you didn't go to church yesterday. No kisses for people who don't go to church.
I make a sad face. Still no kiss
I pause.
Look at her for a while and tell her she's so beautiful and that I love her more than she can imagine.
She hits me smiling from all sides and says "stop, I still won't kiss you" and she never did that day.
I was duely punished for not going to church but do you get the pivot of the story?
Probably not?
Women love flattery, no matter how much they deny.
Telling her she's beautiful, no matter how much she says she wants people to admire other non-physical features lights her up. It always does.
She will tell me, "is my tummy getting bigger, am I getting fat? Just be honest, I can take It".
That's a trap Boys should never fall for. The answer is always a resounding NO.
To me, she's Mrs Perfect, she's the sexiest, smartest woman in the whole world, no matter how she looks.
Girls have been 'wired' to view themselves as flawless edifices: to be admired, flattered, drooled over, wanted, loved but, a very BIG BUT, most importantly from who they want it to come from.
So. Who is the right person? Boyfriend? Husband? Ironically, hardly those people.
Women hardly settle for their dreamy man, It takes Series of heartbreaks for them to realise the problems associated with dating cute, 6 pack boys.
Women love to be admired the most by the incredibly cute or Rich strangers. It's the perfect flattery.
There's hope anyway for boys who don't turn female heads or make them brainlessly play with their hair.
Girls will take flattery anyway, in the right style, amount and time from a boy who isn't that cute.
Life is unfair, you have to work extra hard if you're not fine.
Morale lesson, if you have girlfriend or aspire to, you just have to learn the art of Flattery. It's super important.
