The world is not nice to Females?
I came across an article yesterday that infuriated me. The writer claimed that females crave and enjoy the benefits of societal gender inequality; he/she also went ahead to mock feminism and called us females out for being fake feminists. After reading the article, the 1st thing i thought is how dare this person?
Yes i agree that some females do enjoy those biased benefits but its not enough to say that the world is nicer to females and i'll tell you why.
Those benefits of free rides, paid transport fares, getting away with offences, all of that is not given away on a platter. A huge chunk of the guys who do us these "favours" want something. Too many of them want to date or just want to screw us; and so they buy their way into what they want. Do you have any idea how it feels to know or have to think that almost every guy that does something nice wants something in return? Its a very insecure feeling.
How is the world nice to us when we are the ones who are expected to give up our names, our careers sometimes, everything we've known and loved all in the name of marriage...We are the ones that are blamed when the children arent coming and when they do come, we give up ourselves, lose sleep, lose our bodies to birth and care for these children. Still, we are blamed if the children become wayward.
We are blamed when our husbands cheat or even when our boyfriends misbehave. The world always expects us to forgive but turns damn right hard hearted when its time for them to forgive us.
A single man with children is a good father but a single mother is a wayward person. Its okay for a guy to be a Solomon but when its our turn, we are sluts. And they fucking have the right to call themselves Slutmakers.
Almost every right that has been handed over to a woman has been fought for. It shocked me that it was a few months ago that women in Saudi Arabia were allowed to drive cars. Imagine...
What of bride burning, gang rape, honour killings, teenage marriage?? These are proofs of injustice towards females.
It makes me wonder...
What is our sin?
What crime did we commit?
Why does the world have to make being a female so undesirable?
I do agree that some females love the bias and the
