LOVE TO THE DEAD

According to HazelGrace Lancaster, "there's no way of knowing the last good day is the last good day, at the time its just another good day.."

In "the fault in our stars"... After Augutus Waters dies, HazelGrace goes online and starts to read comments by different people; people she never even heard about, People she never saw around him.

Hannah Baker's mom (from the movie and book "13 reasons why" went to her daughter's school and saw a memorial. Courtney!!! One of the 13 was there spearheading the whole thing. She sees roses, asks Courtney if she knew Hannah, she said they were friends. Then the mother laughs and says " Hannah hated roses, she thought they were cliche"...

What im i talking about??

Why are humans nicer to dead people?? Thats it..

Look at all the stories.
People who never gave a smidgen of concern about a person or were even mean to the person suddenly become saints when the person is gone. They suddenly start to care... Why??
Self-justification??
To ease the guilt??
Pretence???
Really what could be the reason for caring for a person when the person doesnt need it anymore??

I saw once on instagram that people are nicer when i person is about to die because we want to make their last moments on earth memorable and the reply was that "everybody dies a little everyday and we never really know when someone's gonna die. So why shouldnt we be nicee to everyone because we just dont know when they may be having their last moments"... I wish we could all live by this

Anne Frank said that dead people receive more flowers than the living because regret is stronger than gratitude. It shouldnt be like that, Love and appreciate people while they're around, Let them feel the love and the care. Let them know they're not alone. Let them know someone is rooting for them. Its important... Its almost therapeutical.

Fill hearts with love and not graves with flowers...
