Sleeping With The Enemy part 5

And in that moment, there was a complete freeze.
With the hesitancy to open the door, the knock was harder and quicker.
"Kathryn!!!" The voice from outside the door yelled. Kathryn grabbed all her clothes on the floor
Put them in the wardrobe...and reached out for her towel. She rubbed soap around her face and pour some water.
Frank hid in the bathroom.
She rushed to open
"Raymond, I'm sorry. I was in the bathroom".

The room has a certain smell. It gave her lie away.
Raymond looked at her and asked where he was.

"I don't understand, who are you talking about?"

Raymond angrily walked to the wardrobe and then to the bathroom. Kathryn rushed out to hold him sayin, "stop, no one is there". Raymond threw her to the floor.
Kicked the bathroom door open and didn't find anyone.

"Where is he Kathryn, where is he? "
"I don't know" as she broke into tears.
"I already told you there's no one here"

"I missed you and so i touched myself, it's the reason why the room smells this way".

Raymond felt a mountain of shame fall on him.
"I'm so sorry kay, i can't stand you been with someone else".

Kathryn shrugs him off and asks him to leave.
Raymond begs but she insists.

With Raymond just gone, she rushes to the bathroom and finds no one still. She even gently calls Frank's name around the house hoping he would reappear from where he vanished to.

She couldn't sleep. All doors were shut. All Windows were locked. Where could Frank have gone???
She tries calling....over and over again but he never picks up
