it wasn't my fault
Part 2
Immediately they left, Shalom came to me and started shouting, explaining how she had searched everywhere and made up her mind to call my family if she didn't hear from me before the day was over.
As she continued scolding me saying a lot of things, i told her to get out of my house that i wanted to be alone and i think that was when she noticed my swollen eyes and began to apologise while asking what was wrong
Shalom was the first friend i made in this University and since then we've been best friends. In all our years of been best friends, she had never seen me like this. She always considered me pretty, jovial and a tiny weenie little bit funny. Shalom would often say in healthy envy that she wished people admired her as they did me.
And on this day, i seemed a travesty of all she once thought of me. I was messed up, annoying and horribly looking. She kept on asking what was wrong with me but i couldn't bring myself to tell her what really happened to me. All i could do was cry and she cradled me on her bossom like i was her baby.
All she knew was that something horrible has happened but she just didn't know what it was.
After about an hour, she finally managed to get me into the bathroom and washed me up thoroughly and it was while doing that she noticed dried blood stains on my "lady part ". She inquired if i still had sanitory pads but that was when i told her that i wasn't on my period....
